Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- As per the Production Plan, shift-wise allocation of the work volume, raw material distribution and consumables.
- Supervise process activities of manufacturing operations
- Checking the suitability and quality of materials during the production process.
- Ensure delivery of products as per customers’ requirement with standard specification.
- Ensuring manpower available for the production and Daily manpower planning and shift scheduling.
- Ensure proper training of operators.
- Candidate should have an experience of at least 2/3 years in rubber molding process.
- Knowledge of 7 QC tools
- Ensure the safety of Man, Machine and Materials.
- Recommending new projects, activities, automation to improve productivity, cost reduction drive.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions on internal customer complaints, quality problems and any other issues.
- B.E / Diploma in Engineering
- Experience in rubber molding
