Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct audit as per the decided frequency, Maintain and monitor the action plan and compliance on the audit points.
- Daily site inspection in order to observe physical conditions of work and the work practices and procedures followed by workers and reporting to Site Manager and concerned staff.
- Mock Drill / Evacuation Plan and maintain record for such drills.
- Develop and conduct EHS training program for all category of employees.
- Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses; Review and analyze accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action recommendations.
- Conduct Safety committee meetings and ensure compliance with all the points discussed.
- Maintain and monitor legal compliances under various EHS laws.
- Working on Reduction of Air, Water & Noise pollution, Stack Monitoring, Handling of Hazardous Waste & Disposal of Hazardous waste, Legal Compliance related to MPCB.
- Co-ordination with factory inspector, MPCB officer and other government officials.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering + Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety(ADIS)
