Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute design and development of planning, input, output, lab trial results, and process & product verification.
- Producing detailed, final hand drawings and specifications to produce design specifications, including parts lists and costing.
- Updating and circulation of new product code list, including development compounds.
- Routine follow-up for various matters related to R&D with Purchase, Ware House, Stores, Sales, and Production & Quality Assurance etc.
- Preparation of trial order note/Job Card/ SOP related with new product development or any new product/ process improvements.
- Ensuring the availability of technical literature related to R&D processes, SDS, Product details like CAS No.
- Researching materials, processes or market requirements.
- Execute lab trials and production prototyping trials to develop new product
- Carrying out the sample analysis of various related product material by using in-house and external lab facilities.
- B.E, B Tech (M.Sc. /M.Tech. preferred) in Polymer science.
- Experience in Rubber industry is preferred.
