Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Interacting with the technical panel and understanding there requirements.
- Prepare Job Descriptions of positions as per requisition form.
- Sourcing suitable candidates through recruitment consultants or job portals & managing the organization’s Career website.
- Negotiate the contracts with external recruitment consultants to secure the most favorable terms for the organization.
- Interview potential recruits and getting preliminary information regarding salaries, availability, Notice period, experience, expected CTC, etc.
- Submission of Short-listed profiles & scheduling Interviews of the short-listed candidates with the relevant Technical Head.
- Salary & notice period negotiation and follow up with the candidates for pre-employment reference check, medical examination till they join the organization.
- Preparation of pre- employment medical letter, offer letter, proposed salary annexure, etc.
- Maintain the personnel database and prepare reports as and when required to provide the information to Management.
- Issuing offer letters and appointment letters to new employees.
- Standardized joining formalities process of new employees (Welcome- Kit, Introduction, Employee Code, ID Cards, Stationary, Bank Account, Reference check, etc.).
- Conducting Induction program for new joiners to make them aware of the organization policies, procedures, facilitating their interaction with different functional heads of various departments.
- To verify the credentials, certificates, and to prepare newly joined employee's personal file.
- Maintain and update personal files of employees.
- Responsible for GPA & GMC insurance.
- To add employees as and when they join and delete the separated employee.
- Keeping a track of employees Birthday & Special Occasions.
- Handling various issues/queries related to HR departments.
- Taking care of employees issues related to PA and medi-claim.
- Training needs identification of employees on annual basis.
- Capturing training needs from annual appraisals and pre-confirmation presentation.
- Arranging Training programs
- Keeping an attendance and maintaining feedback
- Evaluation of training imparted.
- Maintaining training records.
- Responsible for updating Organizational Charts- HO & Wai.
- Responsible for maintenance of personal files.
- Weekly report related to recruitment & joining status.
- Bill payments of VC booking, pre- employment medical, recruitment consultants.
- Recruitment & selection activity, employee record maintenance, Induction & joining formalities.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
