Founded in 1932, Fulflex is the world's leading manufacturer of thin-gauge calendered and extruded elastic products. Fulflex manufactures natural and synthetic rubber and elastic tapes, threads, sheets and rings for personnel care products including baby diapers and adult incontinent products, a diverse range of consumer products from golf balls to toys, a wide range of textile apparel products and medical and healthcare products including tourniquets, bandages, athletic and therapy bands, and disposable protective clothing.  Fulflex products are so versatile they are used almost anywhere there is a need for an elastic product.

The core technology at Fulflex revolves around two main ingredients; a dedicated team of skilled design engineers and scientists, and specially designed facilities that produce the finest natural and synthetic elastomeric products in the world.  At Fulflex, we specialize in meeting our customers’ requirements through the custom design of blended polymers that deliver superior performance in a wide range of products.

  • State-of-the-art computer controlled mixing and blending for natural, synthetic rubber and blends
  • Modern extrusion, calendering and vulcanization facilities
  • High speed precision slitting
  • Capability to press cure multiple layer composites with tolerance to 0.0005 inches (0.013 mm) in widths up to 50 inches (1270 mm)
